Snapshot Health is a health screening company providing large-scale and easy to consume personalized wellness content. Upon opting-in, the messages sent out by Snapshot Health are event sign-ups, event reminders, and a unique link verifying patient birthdays leading to personal health information include a custom video and PDF with lab results.
You can block text communication at any time by texting “STOP” to the phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. If you want to restart text message communication, reply “START”.
